Conveyor Equipment
Conveyor systems are the backbone of any production line — moving products smoothly and continuously from one machine to the next. We offer a wide range of conveyor types to suit any layout, product, or speed requirement.
Flatbelt Conveyors
The most common type — a flat moving belt that carries products in a straight line from one point to another. Suitable for most packaged products and production environments.
Modular Conveyors
Built from interlocking plastic or metal modules rather than a single belt. Easy to clean, reconfigure, and repair — ideal for food production or lines that change layout regularly.
Incline Conveyors
Moves products up or down between different height levels — for example, from a filling machine up to a labeller on a higher platform. Saves floor space compared to ramps or manual lifting.
Slat-Chain conveyor
Uses a series of rigid metal or plastic slats instead of a belt. Handles heavy, sharp-edged, or hot products that would damage a standard belt — common in canning and heavy industrial lines.
Roller Conveyors
Uses a series of rotating rollers to move boxes, totes, or pallets. Products can be moved by gravity (on a slight incline) or by powered rollers — great for heavy or bulky items.
Pallet Conveyors
Heavy-duty conveyors built to move fully loaded pallets between stations. Designed to handle significant weight while keeping pallets positioned correctly for the next machine or process.
Elevator Lowerator
Lifts products vertically from one level to another (elevator) or lowers them down (lowerator). Used when floor space is limited and vertical movement is more practical than a long incline conveyor.
